Our Story
This local business was born in a shop near the home of the late Billy and Jacque Lynn Haynes. He was a skilled plumber who understood the importance of quality service and customer satisfaction.

People responded to his professional work ethic, honesty, and dedication to his customers. His efforts quickly paid dividends, as he required more space for his growing business. The couple moved the operation to Friendship Road in Cedartown as the business continued to expand.

Soon after, Bill Haynes arrived with his wife Shirley to assist his father in the business. Bill had traveled extensively with a large construction firm and quickly applied his skills to the growing endeavor his father had begun.

In 1987, the company moved to an even bigger location on Piedmont Highway. Within a few years, Haynes Heating & Air Conditioning had a customer base of over 5,000 customers!

Bill and Shirley sold the business to Josh Jenkins and Adam Gable in 2021. So much of our success is due to the hard work of our Haynes employees—especially our highly respected, long-time office manager Rhonda Farmer who worked with the company until her passing in 2022.
