Was having issues with cooling. We weren't sure what the issue was. Had Haynes and 2 others independently give recs (all were the same recs). Value was best with Haynes. John was the installer and was honest and very pleasant. Just see the results in the photo. The entire experience was amazing. The dispatcher had someone at my home in 4 hours on the same day I called. John, the repairman was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The part needed for the repair was unavailable at my local HVAC supplier so John made a quick trip to the next town to get the part and complete the repair the same day. Our Heat pump went out last night and couldn't tell exactly what was wrong it just stopped putting out cold A/C so I called Haynes and they had us scheduled for a tech to come out in the morning from 9 to 11 and Trevor the tech came out after giving a heads up call and was there by 9:30 he looked the whole system over and found the part on the outside unit that went bad, he was professional, and HONEST, and honesty goes a long way these days, he had the part on his truck and had it fixed and still went around and checked everything over again and made sure it was all working properly and even changed our filter for us while waiting and making sure it cooled the house off. I would definitely reccomend Trevor and Haynes to anyone that wants a good HONEST tech and company that's friendly and nice and makes sure everything is working properly while it's 92 degrees out and Doesn't just look a bit and go "oh she's a gonner" so I would definitely call this company back again, Thank you Trevor and everyone @Haynes heating & Air Great Job done!!!
